Since departing from school Henry`s life has been nothing if not eventful. He has been involved in many businesses including fine art, used cars, high interest investment funds, and of course, property. In 2002 he was obliged to bid farewell to Britain`s fair shores after a minor indiscretion. `I cannot to this day hear the phrase `You are of previously good character and have enjoyed every advantage in life` without thinking of Dear Old Blighty` he remarked.
Since moving to the South of France, Henry`s life has taken on a new dimension. He is a jovial and much loved face often seen in the restaurants and clubs of the Cote d`Azur. When asked about the exact nature of his businesses, Henry is vague, stating only that `There has never been a better time to have half a dozen Barbadian holding companies controlled by one`s late uncle`.
`I seldom leave the South of France these days` explains Henry. `Returning to Britain is an uncomfortable experience, and of course visits to my beloved New York and Miami are quite out of the question at the minute! I do sometimes manage to sneak down to Columbia for the odd week, as I have a lot of good friends down there. But even my trips to Pakistan are becoming trickier and trickier. I do miss the smell of of my poppy fields in the morning` he continued.
Henry is not what one would describe as a keen sportsman, and indeed has not taken any physical exercise since leaving Ford Open Prison, where he used to keep the cricket scorebook. Instead, he prefers to spend his spare time indulging in his own particular form of social work, going to the Promenade des Anglais to help poor fallen women out of the wicked streets, and into the back of his Mercedes limousine.
When pressed as to the secret of his success, Henry smiles, and after taking a long puff on his cigar confides: `I can heartily recommend befriending and having mutually beneficial business arrangements with senior policemen and politicians, it can overcome even the most unfortunate of accidents`.
